Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that your investment is protected, while also maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our business.

Scope of Warranty:

1. Coverage:

   • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions.
   • It applies to the original purchaser at the original site of installation.

2. Duration:

   • The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

3. Exclusions:

   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, improper storage, handling, or installation by the customer or any third party.
   • Normal wear and tear, natural aging of materials, or damage due to environmental conditions.
   • Any damage resulting from accidents, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of Melnikov Custom Cabinets.

4. Limitations:

   • This warranty does not imply automatic replacement or full restoration of the product.
   • Melnikov Custom Cabinets reserves the right to repair or replace components or parts of the defective product at its discretion.
   • The warranty does not cover labor costs for the removal or reinstallation of the cabinets.
   • Cosmetic issues not reported within a specified period from the date of installation are not covered.

5. Non-Transferability:

   • This warranty is non-transferable and exclusively for the original purchaser.

6. Claim Process:

   • To initiate a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must contact Melnikov Custom Cabinets with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
   • Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.

Melnikov Custom Cabinets’ Responsibility: Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at our discretion. This warranty does not extend to any consequential or incidental damage, and the liability of Melnikov Custom Cabinets is expressly limited to the costs of material for repair or replacement of the cabinet.
